Challenge:

The organization had to reduce its staff but still provide a professional service to its members. The association’s board contracted IGBS to work with the newly appointed Executive Director to draw a line under a period of transition, and implement a strategic plan with the necessary development goals and strategy.

Implementation:

Working with the Executive Director we - Established a strategic plan for each district office; Worked with the district leaders to address internal conflicts; Implemented a series of training seminars for the departmental teams in each district office. Provided leadership development and coaching for senior managers as the plan was executed.

Solution:

In the next fiscal year, the association exceeded its targets due to their teams diligence and hard work. The organization is now serving its largest group of members with renewed dedication to its goals.
